A LARGE, COZY LIVING ROOM
The heart of the apartment is the cozy, spacious living room. It features storage space and cabinets for glasses, documents, games, a safe, books, and everything else you'd like to keep handy.
In addition to a comfortable corner bench with seating for up to six people, ideal for eating and drinking, playing games, and chatting, there's also a cozy couch (which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed), perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. In addition to a radio, there's a TV with satellite reception and an internet box for your Netflix/streaming service.
LARGE BEDROOM WITH EXTRA BED
The holiday apartment has two bedrooms. This one features a large XXL double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, as well as an extra bed and enough space for an additional child's bed, which we are happy to provide upon request.
Sufficient blankets, towels, bath towels, and bed linen are provided.
SECOND BEDROOM WITH TV, SHOWER and TOILET
The second bedroom is modernly furnished with a standard-size double bed (160 x 200 cm). It includes a wardrobe with a large wall mirror, storage shelves, a table with a chair, and a satellite TV. A washbasin and a private shower and toilet provide independence, eliminating the need to enter the other rooms, thus ensuring your privacy at all times.
KITCHEN WITH HATCH TO THE DINING AREA IN THE LIVING ROOM
The kitchen in our holiday apartment is very well equipped: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker are all fully equipped.
Of course, there are also ample dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We even thought of kitchen towels and aprons.

Directly in front of the apartment is a cozy, covered private gazebo with a beautiful panoramic view of Seefeld.
Ideal for breakfast, meals, reading, playing games, and a cozy evening drink… a place where smoking is permitted.

The holiday apartment has its own sunny garden with a gazebo, a porch swing, garden chairs and comfortable loungers, a gas grill with a dining area, and numerous games: table tennis, darts, bocce, badminton, etc.
LARGE GUEST CARPORT WITH WALLBOX CHARGING STATION
Our guest carport with an electric charging station (wallbox) is located directly at the street. From here, you can start your journey with your car directly at the street, especially in winter, whatever the weather or snow conditions will be.
SECOND CARPORT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE DOOR
A second carport is also available for our guests, located directly in front of the entrance door. From here, you can access the apartment directly at ground level.
