A large, cozy living room
The heart of the holiday apartment is the cozy, spacious living room. There are shelves and cupboards for glasses, documents, games, a safe, books, and anything else you'd like to have close at hand.
In addition to a cozy corner bench seating up to six people - ideal for eating, drinking, playing, and chatting together - there is also a comfortable sofa (which can be extended into a sofa bed if needed), perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. Alongside a radio, there's a TV with satellite reception and an internet box for your Netflix/streaming service.
Large bedroom with an extra bed
The holiday apartment includes two bedrooms. This one offers a large XXL double bed (180 x 200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, plus an extra bed and enough space for an additional cot, which we're happy to provide on request.
Plenty of blankets, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linen are of course provided.
Second bedroom with private shower & WC
The second bedroom is modern in design, with a standard-size double bed (160 x 200). The furnishings include a wardrobe with a large wall mirror, shelving, a table with a chair, and a TV with satellite reception. A washbasin along with a private shower and WC mean you don't need to enter other rooms, so your privacy is always preserved.
Kitchen with serving hatch to the dining area in the living room
Our holiday apartment's kitchen is very well equipped: a fridge with freezer compartment, a stove with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine are all part of the complete setup.
Of course, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cookware are also provided. We've even thought of paper towels and an apron.
A gazebo in the garden, accessible directly from the kitchen
Right in front of the apartment is a cozy, covered private garden gazebo with a beautiful panoramic view of Seefeld.
IIdeal for breakfast, meals, reading, playing games, and a relaxed drink in the evening ... and smoking is also allowed here.
Your own, beautiful garden
The holiday apartment comes with its own sunny garden featuring a gazebo, a swing bench, garden chairs and comfortable loungers, a gas grill with a dining area, and plenty of games to play: table tennis, darts, boules, badminton, and more.
Large guest carport / with wallbox charging station
Right by the road is our guest carport with an EV charging station (wallbox). From here, especially in winter, you can start your journey directly from the road, whatever the weather or snow conditions.
Second carport right by the front door
A second carport is also available for our guests, right in front of the entrance door. From here you can access the holiday apartment directly, on one level.
